To this end, we proudly offer rPET disposable food packaging – a strong, durable and safe option that is made from recycled plastic and can be recycled again and again. Our rPET packaging is made from 30% PCR PET and is 100% recyclable, over and over again.

At Eatery Essentials, we strive to innovate with sustainability in the forefront of our designs. The tamper evident design is an example of eliminating tear strips , so that our products can be completely recycled. By eliminating all possible tear strips and tabs that cannot be returned into the recycle stream, we eliminate micro plastics that leak into our environment. In addition to rPET, we are also taking other steps to reduce our environmental impact by using renewable energy. Our production processes are designed to reduce energy consumption. We also use eco-friendly packaging to reduce waste and make sure that our products can be recycled with ease. We consider our facilities to be a zero plastic waste manufacturing facility by putting all scrap and non used plastic back into our manufacturing process by regrinding and adding this material into the extrusion process. Purge, floor sweepings and other waste are sent to be chemically recycled and used in manufacturing processes downstream for food packaging.Our facility is also powered by 30% power from renewable resources including solar and wind.
